Because many of our pieces are curated through specialized boutique partners and international design houses, returns are reviewed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We believe in getting the selection right the first time.
Damage & Defect Resolution
If a selection arrives in a state that does not match our high-end standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@woodiesonwoodlawn.com with your order number and clear photographic documentation for a priority review.
